Exchanges & Returns

We accept returns/exchanges for unopened and unused items within 7 business days of its order date. All orders after 7 business days will not be accepted for a return or exchange. Shipping back to us is at your own expense. All training deposits are non refundable and non transferable.

Items will ship within 24-48 hours Monday-Friday excluding holidays from your purchase time. Orders that are placed on a Friday (after 9am EST), Saturday or Sunday will be shipped on Monday. Once items are shipped out we are not responsible if the package is damaged or becomes lost. A tracking number will be given to you.
